How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once your order is confirmed and processed, you will receive a notification via E-mail/SMS. You can also check the current status of your order please log into your account on IndyaConnects and go to MY ORDER section.

What is order verification? Why is it required?

Order verification is done by IndyaConnects for all cash on delivery orders. It is a backend process to ensure authenticity of the order placed and to make sure there is no inconvenience caused to the customer.

How do I give a review about my purchase on IndyaConnects?

We encourage our customers to share their shopping experience with larger audience by writing Reviews. On every product page you will find a review section where you can write a review of the product. Reviews can fetch you badges and likes of other customers who found it useful.



What are the modes of payment for purchasing on IndyaConnects?

We accept the following modes of payment:
• Debit/credit cards or net banking of all major banks
• Cash on delivery (COD).

What is COD (Cash On Delivery)? Are there any additional charges for COD orders?

COD refers to Cash On Delivery. It doesn’t matter if you don’t have a Credit/Debit card. IndyaConnects offers you the option of paying for the purchase at your doorstep. Just place your order and make cash payment to our COD partner upon the delivery of your item. Please check the deal page before buying. IndyaConnects does not offer COD at all locations. Please enter your pincode to check the availability of COD option at your location.



Can I modify my delivery address?

House no., building no, & street number can be modified. However, you cannot change delivery pin code. These changes are only possible before the order is dispatched from our side.

How many days to ship the order?

Most orders are shipped in 24 – 48 hours, but shipment may delay depends on courier service. Shipment duration also vary for different products , please check the information on product details Handcraft items may have delayed shipment due to manufacturing process, the delay will be informed to you over email or phone.

What are the delivery charges?

IndyaConnects generally charges Rs 40 for a delivery.

How does the delivery process work?

All deliveries are scheduled through reputed couriers. You will be informed when the seller ships your consignment and will also be provided a tracking number.
